at the moment im training a Charmeleon (lv 18), a Nidoran(f) (lv 14), and a Pikachu (lv 16), at the beginning of Mt. Moon... im planning to get Articuno, Exeggutor and Poliwrath before i do the E4, then once i can trade with my Sapphire i'll get Houndoom, Zam, Crobat & Ludicolo, to go with Nidoqueen & Articuno...
and if you're wondering how im playing already (especially when i live in England!), my uncle got Leaf Green for me at the event at NYPC at the weekend, so :P

EDIT: I just learned that the GSC starters ARE obtainable through Colosseum. Since I can get my old starters, I'd have:

But first I'd duplicate my Red team to beat the E4 and get the National Dex. Next I'd dupe my Crystal team, and then my Ruby team. Then I'd combine my three teams to create my ultimate team!
