I say Garchomp is Uber. Latias is Uber (joking). Shaymin-S, Manaphy, and Latios I'm unsure about.

Shaymin-S is frail but its Serene Grace is so annoying. Its luck has been working against me and my opponent gets like over 9000 flinches. So I'm borderline atm. If it becomes OU expect more Careful Skarmory (<3), Blissey, Registeel, and whatnot.

Manaphy I'm also unsure. Rain doesn't make it beastly, Surf/Ice Beam/Tail Glow/Substitute makes it beastly. If it becomes OU expect more Blissey with Thunderbolt.

Latios is similiar to Latias but it kind of just acted like Latias during the test. It can 2HKO Metagross, Scizor, and Tyranitar. So if it becomes OU expect more Specially Defensive Scizor (Who doesn't run this? lol I know a lot of great players use 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe but I'm just saying), Metagross, and Tyranitar.

Latios - Based on what I've heard, Uber, but I'm not too informed on it.
Skymin - I'd say OU, I don't know too much about it, but I also don't see it as "Uber Material."
Manaphy - That set you gave I'm sure is what would make it Uber, but it can be stopped, I'm not sure.

No, the reason I chose Uber is that Sand Veil makes every attack 80% or lower. Its own speed tier just makes it a menace. Unresisted moveset. With Platinum factored in you would think Latias and Latios makes great checks but it influences people to use Choice Scarf Latios and Latias to best Choice Scarf versions, but then they are bait to Haban Berry Grachomp, Scizor, Metagross, and Tyranitar.

Latios - Based on what I've heard, Uber, but I'm not too informed on it.
Skymin - I'd say OU, I don't know too much about it, but I also don't see it as "Uber Material."
Manaphy - That set you gave I'm sure is what would make it Uber, but it can be stopped, I'm not sure.
skymin can be a beast. so versatile. iirc specs skymin can 2hko blissey with seed flare if it gets the drop. It is frail and can be checked and KO'd easily by scizor. But its so super strong... that will probably be decided by 1 vote or 2 i bet.

Haban Berry Chomp is the new standard. It is crazy good. Pretty much any chomp set is crazy good. also, it doesn't really have a counter, skarm might do the best job, but all it can do is WW and deal with it later.

if you are talking about uploading vids to the GTS battle area, then yes. Sav's as long as the stats/info is legal/possible then it will upload. I got a battle to upload with at least 4 sav'd pokes used in the battle.

if you use illegal evs/stats/moves/locations/info etc then it won't load. but if you make them "legal" then the vids upload without a hitch. or so it has been my experience so far.

the evasion clause is used. So is the Item clause( no two pokemon can hold same item) is used from time to time, and they don't make an exception for Leftovers :eek:

Item Clause is off for the Ho-Oh cup, but it's on for all the other cups I think. I don't know about their gyms, they set different rules for each one. I couldn't believe they actually want Hax Item Clause off....

If everything is filled out in sav correctly, like location and all that, it won't get detected.

They were saying yesterday in the chat that move mod is detected by the GTS, is that true?

well if the gts detects the move mod then it will detect any AR code you use on a pokemon including fast breeding cheats. So i highly doubt that it does. But I have never tried either.

Move mod does nothing to the Pokemon. It only changes the TM. In short, no hack check will ever detect move mod.
