Well In Concord California If there no more naruto packs then its free. Right now we are having a free battle spirit tournament because there no more starters and packs.

It depends where in those areas you are. In Norwalk (Comic Cult), our naruto tournaments are free to enter and you still get the prize support (ie: promos, playmats, deckboxes, etc...). Costa Mesa is about 30 minutes away from Norwalk and Anaheim is about 15 minutes away, but like I said - it depends where in those areas you are. You can always look it up if you are interested.

depends on the people running the tourny the people who own the store and the prize structure they use.

ive been to 2 chunins 1 was free 1 was 10 bucks however they gave out some of thier in stock items so nobody felt left out.
