Just got back in, whipped a Monarch deck together for the Sneak Peak

So yeah, I had another thread earlier, but my friend came by and I couldn't get everything that I needed so I had to tweak my deck into more of a Monarch Control deck. This will pretty much be what I run tomorrow.

Don't use Thestalos if you can use Raiza.

Pretty bad Side Deck, you need Light & Oath Mirrors or you can get wrecked.
