This is a team I threw together the other week to try and abuse Avalanche
and the perplexers. Please let me know if you like it. It's not really
tournament quality. But it's great to have Avalanche surrounded by the
girls. It's not quite as simple as it looks.

Vet. Avalanche - 32 Points
Exp. DEO Agent - 18 Points
Exp. DEO Agent - 18 Points
Exp. Con Artist - 12 Points
Exp. Con Artist - 11 Points
Rok. Con Artist - 11 Points
Exp. Cyclops - 55 Points
Exp. Pryo - 35 Points
Vet. Bullseye - 43 Points
LE Thomas Oscar Morrow -37 Points
Rok. Black Panther - 27 Points

The strategy is to move Cyclops, Pryo, Bullseye, Morrow, and Black Panther
and have Avalanche use his Pulse Wave turn one. You can do this because
Three of those figures have movement as a free action. After pulse wave,
The 3 Con Artists and the two DEO agents have Perplex. Make Bullseye
or Morrow deal 5 damage with ERC if wanted. It's all about abusing the
power. Try and spread out the team so you're not so vunerable to
Energy Explosion. Black Panther takes a bush to use outwit for most of
the game.

Rule of 3. you can't modify a single stat by more then 3. you can increase attack and damage by 3 each, but not damage by 6. this includes the RCE as well.

the other problem is if bullseye rolls a critical hit on his pulse wave. the cons will be knocked out of perp and the deos will be on their heal

Yeah. I hadn't thought about the chance of a critical hit.
Well.. I guess it's worth the chance. Yeah I know about the rule of
three but I always forget when I'm writing about teams.
I guess I'd perplex two figures' damage.

the other problem is if bullseye rolls a critical hit on his pulse wave.

I think you mean Avalanche.

Not only would all the Con Artists take the damage, they would all receive knock back as well. Killing most of them off as they would hit the edge of the board and take an additional click of damage.

Maybe I should throw a Black Cat (32 pts) in there over B. Panther (27 pts).
Of course rolling double six's is only a 1/36 (less than 3% chance).
It might not even be worth worrying about.

I wouldnt even worry about it. I've ran con bomb teams ALOT and I've never rolled a 12 on my opening pulse wave attempt.
