Trade Rules
1. Please look over my Wants and make a starting offer. Most of my Wants are listed.
2. I do not discuss card values; yours or mine. They will be worked out through trade negotiations.
3. I trade mainly to the United States and Canada; overseas trades will have to be sufficiently large and worthwhile.
4. I accept cash offers on any and all cards listed. Be advised that cash value =/= card value.
5. My cards are not guaranteed beyond near-mint to mint condition. If this is of concern to you, ask me to verify condition before confirming.
7. I reserve the right to reject any and all offers for any reason.
8. Trade agreements can be canceled by either party for any reason prior to the exchange of contact information and addresses.
9. Low ball first offers will accomplish nothing. If I have not replied to your post, consider submitting a better offer.
10. Offers for cards reserved for L1 (highest) Wants must be based on cards of similar or higher values.
11. PM offers are preferable.
12. I don't future discount my cards (reducing the value of an existing edition because it's reprint will be released in the near future). If you want the cheaper card then wait for the reprint.
13. Responses to anything posted on this thread will be made to this thread only - requests to post responses on your thread will be ignored unless I have a previous trading history with you.
14. I ship by First Class Mail. Any other shipping arrangement must be discussed and agreed upon prior to confirming the trade. Any high value trade will likely have Delivery Confirmation.
15. Due to the volume and frequency of my various trade negotiations, it is possible though highly unlikely that I may have forgotten to send out my end. If it has been over 1 week, and the trade is not overseas/international (2 weeks if it is), PLEASE send me a PM to make sure. I will do my best to keep track of everything, but I am human.
16. If a mod trade is required, it is the responsibility of the party who requested it to pay for the fees. It is unreasonable to expect that someone who has no issue with a trade or with receiving, should pay for someone else's insecurity.

Trade Security
There have been recent incidences of high ranked traders who decided to bow out of Pojo through a ripping spree. This is of great concern to me since it undermines the value of the iTrade score as well as overall confidence in the integrity of the Pojo trading system. For this reason, I am willing to provide my telephone number in addition to my name and address as part of any large-stakes trade. This will provide another way you can contact me as well as help to confirm my identity (since you can use my TN in a reverse phonebook query). I also recommend that you check out my past trades by looking at my comments under "Left For Others" on the iTrade screen. You may contact any Pojo user I have traded with to verify my trade-worthiness.
