1 Mycoloth
1 Regal Force
1 Elvish Archdruid
4 Imperious Perfect
4 Devoted Druid
4 Wren's Run Vanquisher
4 Elvish Visionary
4 Heritage Druid
4 Nettle Sentinel
4 Llanowar Elves
3 Elvish Promenade
1 Overrun
2 Mosswort Bridge
23 Forest
Obviously I don't have access to tier cards and etc, so I built this with my friend out of his spare commons.
PLEASE suggest any and all cards I can possibly replace the bad/banned cards with, and I'll look to see about buying them.
Also, my other friend's card, Pyroclasm totally wrecks my swarm. Any cards to counteract this?

Mycoloth is kinda under whelming since if your opponent kills him you have a bunch of dead elves and nothing to show for it as for your problem with pyroclasm splashing white could give you access to burrenton forge tender but you would have to buy some dual lands but it would also give you access to ranger of eos to fetch out the nettles and heritage druids also the land count is a little high for a deck like this (but hey you managed to avoid the typical new player pitfall of too few lands).
changes I would make would be
-1 mycoloth
-5 or 6 lands
+3 elvish arch druids
+3 regal force

I definitely agree with the above poster. Also, Promenade seems kinda lame - you can do a lot with 4 mana in this deck.. like play Garruk (omg good idea). I dunno if anyone else plays it but I like Bramblewood Paragon but enough Garruks will just do his job for him.

Keep at least 25 Forests in here, do not go below 20 even if you have mana producing creatures.
Other than that, ditch the Mycoloth for maybe another Regal Force. Drawing power helps so much. Oh, and Garruk is great and all but he is meant for a ramp deck in my opinion..if you don't have the resources to get him (he is about $15 a piece) just stick to what you have.

25? nah. i have found that the in between number is 21 in this deck. 21 means i get AT LEAST 1. and thats all you really need.
+ 3 archdruids are a must.
+ 2 regal force as well or maybe even 2 force/thresher over all.
- 4 lands
- 1 mycoloth
IMO garruck is FAR from needed here. i win without him continously. he's costly in the $$ department and u have overrun already... with as much mana as u can produce... i find him to not be needed.
as was said you could go + white, but then it wouldn't be mono elves now would it? really good deck.

I thought Garruk was made for this deck as it lets you drop 2 extra Elves the turn he's played, which adds another 6 Damage + Trample when you overrun next turn.

Alright, still it's above 20. I only advised that because when I was running mono-white, and still as I run mono-black in extended I get inconsistent mana draw if I run below 25. The mana producing elves probably help the problem here though.

he is, but with the new archdruid... you pretty much can already do that. i have played against him many times, and i'm just a little biased because he never got the over run ability. EVER. he maybe made a wolf token, then died. i don't know why, but around here planeswalkers hardly ever get to go boom on the ultimate. just every now and then. and by that i mean like 1/20 games.
he is good, so i hope you didn't think i was saying that he wasn't. i just don't think elves need him. if that makes any sense.

He's running Elves, 20 lands is fine. 25 on the other hand is far too many.

WOW, thanks for all the posts you guys!
I got this post on another thread..
Well i would suggest splashing in white for a few reasons:
1-Ranger of Eos get's your combo pieces
2-Mark of Asylum in the board says no to pyroclasm (Dauntless works once as opposed to Mark which is continuous)
3-You could take out forest for the new G/W dual (if you have them) or Wooded Bastion (wouldnt go out to buy as they are cycling out)
As far as the deck goes I would say:
-4 Imperious Perfect
-4 Wren's Run Vanquisher
-3 Elvish Promenade
-1 Mycoloth
+3 Elvish Archdruids
+1 Regal Force
+3-4 Primal Commands (searches for creature and lets you set up your opponents next draw to where they cant topdeck anything to stop your field)
+3-4 Ranger of Eos (if splashing white) if not, keep in whatever you like..
Now I'm definitely not against splashing another color in, be it white or black, however I would definitely like some opinions on which would be better to splash. Pyroclasm is a HUGE HUGE HUGE problem for me, when playing my friend's 5color deck it's all he needs to win. So, if any fixes are taken, I definitely want to consider some to shut down that card.
About Mycoloth.. He's poop in this deck, I know. However, my card pool is extremely limited atm so he's in there for shiggles.
I'm gonna focus first on buying the cheap support cards to make this deck at least FNM material. So, could I get the names of some more lands to add in besides Mosswort Bridge and Basics?
Primal Command looks like a good card, do you think I should just sub out the 3 Promenades for 3 of them? I'm definitely going to be taking out Mycoloth for a Regal Force.
If I take out the 4 Imperious Perfects, would the 3 Elvish Archdruids and another Regal Force be good replacements?
Also, is Civic Wayfinder legal? I just found 4 of him in my friend's pile of cards.
Additional Comment:
Sorry for all the questions, but I really am a total scrub!
Additional Comment:
do you guys think
-6 Forests
+3 wooded bastion
+3 jungle shrine
is a good fix?
Additional Comment:
baump .

Wayfinder is legal until October (this applies for a majority of your deck though).
Jungle Shrine is really slow and you dont run red. If you are going to run Elves splashing White, then mainly forests with Sunpetal Groves / Wooded Bastions would be best. Bastions are better I believe but they are also rotating out (although again, most of this deck is as well).

.
This is incorrect, wayfinder rotated to borderland ranger who is a functional but non-elf reprint.
White does allow you to use burreton forge tender which is pretty anti red.

I swear I saw him running something from the same set as Wayfinder in here earlier.

I agree with Mage Master that 25 is too many. I ran 22 in my Elf deck and it worked our great.

If you're having an issue with Pyroclasm, try Mark of Asylum. It's only 2 mana and pretty cheap to get ahold of.

I run 19 and my #1 problem is flooding. Still the correct answer for lands in this deck is 20-21. 25 lands are for control decks and decks using a high # of utility lands.
