1. Since this is my list, I request that you make the first offer. I am willing to check lists and say "I like these cards," but please don't say "What could I get for X cards?" I hate making the first offer. I will make an offer if I post on another list, I expect the same courtesy here.
1a. THIS INCLUDES ASKING VALUES OF CARDS. I WILL NOT ANSWER THAT QUESTION UNTIL YOU HAVE A REASONABLE OFFER ON THE TABLE (Preferably with values listed). I consider asking values to be the same as saying "Come up with the most lopsided offer you can with arbitrary, semi-accurate numbers I came up with". On top of that, asking values of my cards alone is dumb. If I value a Dark Strike at $5, it doesn't matter as long as everything else is valued at 1/10 its Ebay price. Now, stop asking me such a dumb question. I'll just respond by saying "1a" or "Offer >.>"
2. I am willing to check lists – you must provide a link though. If your link is broken, I will tell you, but I will not search the forum for an updated list.
3. I will not check your list for random cards unless you have already stated what you have off my wants. Also, please don't be dumb and be like "I have these cards that you want. What do you have off my wants?" I have a list for a reason.
4. No stupid offers. Stupid offers = free bumps. I do not counter-offer until you make a reasonable offer. If you make an offer that’s your $20 in cards for my $80 in cards, I don’t care if you’re expecting me to counter. I won’t.
5. I dislike mod trades. I have over 320 refs, 100% feedback. However, for large trades, I am willing to mod trade. My conditions:
a. You pay all mod fees
b. The mod we use MUST have better feedback than I do (i.e. Robbie)
c. You inform me that you want a mod trade BEFORE we reach any sort of agreement. It is pre-ban season, and having numerous Dark Strike Fighters and the likes in the mail that I may not receive in a week and a half is NOT the most appealing thing.
6. I'm now trading worldwide. Sometimes, I will reject international trades on the basis of time, but this is only if I have an event coming up and need the cards by a specific date that can’t be met by an overseas trade. If this is the case, I will generally say so at the top of my wants list or next to the specific cards I need by said date.
7. That said, I also reserve the right to reject a mod trade (And you can choose to not trade with me), for the same reason stated in rule #6.
8. “Don't ask, don't care" is stupid. I will inform you before a trade is confirmed if my cards are damaged. I try to do so from the outset but I may forget. I expect the same from you.
9. I never trade my higher rarity version of a card for your lower rarity + other stuff, don't ask me to, it's just not something I do. There may be instances where if I trade a higher rarity of a card that I request a lower version, but these situations are extremely rare. Do not count on them to help your trade.
10. DO NOT PM ME, I WILL SIMPLY DELETE IT AND IGNORE YOU. ONLY PM ME IF I SAY "PM ME." (such as exchanging addresses.)
11. I do NOT trade my high-end cards for your lots of low-end cards. I have a lot of low-end cards on my wants, but I plan to get those for other low-end cards.
12. For buying, I take Paypal, concealed cash, money order and, personal check (It needs to clear before I sent out though). $USD only. If I can get it converted, so can you.
13. I am currently taking points. Points values are as follows:
Booster pack supers - 33.33 points each (100 for 3)
Booster pack ultras - 66.66 points each (200 for 3)
Booster pack secrets - 75 points each
Gold rares - 33.33 points each (100 for 3)
I AM NOT TAKING ANY OTHER RARITIES. PERIOD.
Also, the place I trade points into is VERY, VERY picky about rarity. If more than 10% of the cards (not 10% of the points value) cannot be taken, I will inform you, and you can either send replacements or tell me to send your things back. However, if I am forced to send your things back, I will take out the value of the points equal to the shipping cost as payment for sending them back to you. If you want your damaged cards back, you must cover shipping for me to send them back. I am not going to cover shipping because people can't tell conditions. I need PRISTINE cards. No scratches on the back, no minor corner damage, etc. Got it? Good.
