I'm trying to get a new schedule at work so I can come back into the game, and am looking for assistance. The cards I own have no real value due to reprints, and so I need assistance with finding a high level competitive deck that doesn't cost more than $150.00 to build. I know cat synchro is pretty cheap and I think I have most of the parts, but I need a rundown of a competitive build that can win and a description of what cards past TDGS (since that's about when I stopped anyway) that it uses do, if possible.

Isn't there a section for Returning Players? Why is this here?

You should run Morphtronics! They're literally just a bunch of rare and commons. They're somewhat-weak machines who get effects based on their battle positions and they have the potential to be one of the best decks out there, and are definately the cheapest.
