You're looking to spend $50ish on your first deck? If you're playing competitively, by all means go for it but you're going to want to drastically improve that list. If you're playing the kitchen table game, don't. Go buy yourself an M10 Intro Pack and go with that for now. Buy yourself a few extra booster packs to add-on to the deck or buy singles to improve it.

I'm going to play competitively, plus £30ish isn't much for a first deck.

what type are you going to play in, if it's standard, you can't use blanchwood armor. Also, as little deck critque, take out 2 forest (mono's usually do bette with 20 or less lands) and add more fogs

FALSE. The default deck should have 24 lands in it. Stuff like mono-R burn, which has a curve that tops out at 2 or 3, can live on 20 lands. Nothing else can.
New players hate putting enough lands in their decks, we really don't want to reinforce that.
OP: ADD two forests. 24 lands.

The number of lands depends on what the deck is and the mana needed to play the spells...
Less
If you have a lot of 1 or 2 drops
If you have small creatures that also add mana asap
If you have any other sources of mana
More
If you are running bigger spells
If you are using a control deck with counters
Instants will be needing mana during your opponents turn and if you have a hard time trying to figure out what to play with risks of being lost
Basicly less is better if you can still get your stuff out; more is needed if you have big late game stuff
