Returning Player looking for Zombie world advice

Just got back into the game and bough the zombie world structure deck. Just curious on the best ways to improve it. I've looked it up a bit on yahoo answers and it's all over the place

some cards people suggested were

vampire's curse
vampire lady
vampire lord
the lady in wight
goblin zombie
mezuki
il blud
skull servants
king of skull servants
soul absorbing bone tower
plaugespreader zombie


sooo with all that and not being knowing the best way for this deck to be improved, I ask for help. Any card suggestions or tips on how to play these cards would be fantastic!

Zombies aren't good this format, if you're looking a cheap, good deck, go for Gladiator Beasts. There's a support card coming out in the next set called Ancient Forest that's going to make the deck fantastic.

I'm only really looking to play with some friends, or some very small local events. I've had fun playing with the Zombie World deck and would like to improve it, rather then making a band new deck.
