Returning Player, Need Some Tips

Hey everyone, so im returning to the game after a 2 years, (I hope im not too old), and i just want to know if i should wait till the new ban list comes out to start building a deck, or should i just go for it. I done some searching and found which decks are top tier, i have some cash so im ok to buy things at the moment. I had no cards so i bought 3 booster box of Duelist Genisis, 1 Crossroads of Chaos, 3 gold series mini boxes, and 6 Crimson crisis SE boxes. Hope fully i get something good.

Any advice i would greatly appriciate it,

P.S. Im up to date on the ban list and rules and Synchroing

P.S. is 23 to old to play again?

From what you bought I think you can probably expect some good pulls. When you decide on the deck you want to build you can just trade off stuff to make it.

In your packs look out for this stuff.

Crossroads: Plaguespreader Zombie

Crimson Crisis: Dark Strike Fighter, Blackwing Armor Master, Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind, Arcanite Magician

Were the Gold Series boxes Gold Series 2 btw?

For a deck that will survive the ban list this is true. However, if you want something powerful in the interim, I'd go for Blackwings.

Well heres an update on what i pulled from these boxes, ohh.... it was gold series 2 that i bought, Not much luck for buying 250.00 worth

I wouldn't suggest making Blackwings, or Synchro Cat, or anything else. Both BW's, and Synchro Cat will not be half as good as they used to be, or even playable for that matter. I would either wait until the ban list, or go with 2 decks that will survive in one way or another. Gladiator Beasts will survive, but I doubt Rescue Glads, and Hopeless Dragon (Because they haven't done anything yet, their still cheap, and Arms Hole is coming out soon). I currently run both.
