This is the funniest anime i have ever seen! If you haven't seen it i highly suggest you go out and pick it up by any means necisary.

and if you didn't find it funny, just wait till your a little bit older :D

doesnt golden boy count as hentai? i mean he did spend most of the plot trying to seduce members of the opposite sex through different careers

thats not what he did.

girls fell for him, he didn't seduce them. and they wore nauhgty clothes and it had boobies in the series. so its not a hentai, though it had nudity in every episode, it doesn't count as hentai because they never do "it".

Golden Boy is a romantic comedy without the romance. The main character is a normal guy, who just happens to be EXTREMELY smart. 'but not in the traditional way. He's on a journey to find out what he wants to do with his life, searching Japan for his ideal job and life. Along the way he comes across pretty women and of course, is sexually attracted to them. He usually takes a job to try and get close to them, and has to prove he can do the job by become the best at it. 'and he DOES. 'because of his intelligence he can easily master skills that would take people years in a matter of days. By doing so, and being such a warm hearted person these women eventually are attracted to him too! 'but sadly the cliche joke is that he feels he has no chance and has done his job so moves on to his next job. This causes the women to search for him as well.

Hentai's main purpose is to show sex scenes. Golden Boy uses sexual content as a joke or fanfare.

Indeed. One of the best short series out their even today. He's doing what I always wanted to do, live life to find a purpose. The sexy ladies are always just a perk. =)
