This card is insane. As if water needed more help late game. :/

To be able to negate and remove while not even having to battle is great. Say good riddance to Sand Tomb, Rasengan, 8 Trigrams, etc.

All for 2 chakra? This is a Hidden Mist Jutsu on crack with a body.
