Not really knowing what to say, but some of the cards are still missing from my cards (The non 4-ofs...), but I already have the idea for where this deck can go with all that I would want/need...

Then you should post the deck as it should be with the cards you don't have until now.
Then stuff I need to change will help me figure out what to get

Isn't 18 lands a bit low? I can see that you have Posts in there, but I don't really see them as effective with only 18 lands. Are your games running smoothly?

Pretty well, it is already built, but it hasn't seen play except with practice play... the 18 lands work but it helps that it is using 1 drops and 2 drops.
The creatures do not have problems since I can play most of them with RB or cycle then 1B.
When I get 4 Lightning Bolts (after I get a box) I will have a deck ready for more 1-drop spells.

Honestly... I don't know how this deck wins. It's inconsistent and tries to focus too much on not losing and not enough on winning.

Well, vs. Aggro I just try to stop them from actually trying anything and if I could just use Blood Cultist to get bigger and bigger with pinging then +1/+1
vs. Control is just trying to stop them from getting at me and using ways to wittle them down...

Yeah, you try to stop them. But how do you win? Because eventually, they'll break your defenses.

Never tried anything with winning yet and what I have been doing is just hitting them with quick 3's and dragging the game to the furthest climax that I can... Not the best idea I know.

Yea... well I have changed to a different deck (so this is not around)... and I do have m10 for these builds....
