Been out the game for a while need help.

Ok so im finally back i have been out the game for 4 months (its true that u just cant quit this game) and i am now a noob i went to a local last week and faced this cat thingy and a deck with dark fethers or something like that and i have been wondering what else has been winning? or did i just play agenst some rough decks?

cat-sycnh and blackwings are top tier meaning their the most competitive right now.

cat-sycnh abuses resuce cat to get x saber out and sych and poof, its game over.

blackwings swarm, able to drop monstes real quick and have powerful s/t, anti-detla crow (forgot name lol) and icarus atk and whatnot.

this is only in theory because i havet played many of them...yet
