If your lookin to play, just go to the Qdoba's across the street from PG Plaza Metro Station. A bunch of players r up there Monday - Wednesday and Friday around 4 and they stay there til dark.

If you live in Northern Virginia, you could try Game Parlor. It has two locations, one in Chantilly and the other in Woodbridge. I have not been to the Chantilly location yet, but most YGO players tend to be there on Thursday and Saturday.
