I wake up with ervin calling and bugging the hell out of me. I really dont feel like playing but i gotta go to scoop just in case i play ervin so he can get his invite for nats. so i pick him up make him pay for parking lol and get some new sleeves from c.o. and get ready to see if i can top again.
Round 1 vs Brandon. “cyber dragon deck”
G1. He goes first and sets one. I open double whirlwind and bora and smack into a shining angel he searches out another shining angel I set one face down and end. He just sets another monster on his turn and ends. I summon kalut and search 2 gales I special gale synch for dsf and activate its effect to get 3 darks in the grave. Special dad and clear his field for game . 8000-0
G2. He sets a monster and I make the mistake of crashing into another shining angel he ends up summoning rose warrior for colossal. He beats me down for a couple turns until he makes the mistake of summoning a 3rd monster while I have torrential down. I end up otking right after with a flipped reckless. 3800-0
Round 2 vs Ervin Torres “cat synchro”
G1. He trys to go nuts with cold wave but I chain roar. I end up going double reckless into game with dad. 8000-0
G2. I clear his field with torrential and attack with sure twice. I end up having reckless/oppression set. He sets 1 face down. I attack into malevolent catastrophe I draw into another reckless with allure. I end up winning the next turn with heavy and dad. 8000-0
Round 3 vs Jeremy “Cat Synchro”
G1. I open 5 monsters and eruption he has 2 bottomless which slows me down and he kills me and otks me with airbellum. 0-8000.
G2. I take fast with double whirlwind shura trunade dad and dsf. 8000-0
G3. He trys to go nuts again with airbellum. He gets 1 direct hit again and ends with goyo/arcanite on the field 2 face downs. I go cold wave. Summon kalut special 2 gales. Half goyo half arcanite synchro for goyo. Goyo attacks his goyo gale attacks the arcanite. Next turn he sets a monster I heavy storm his bottomless and mirror force he ends up scooping. 5400-0
Round 4. Vs Ryan “Gladiator Beasts”
G1. Back and forth game which he is dominating early on. Biggest play of the game is when he has a 2100 laquari with 1 f/d and chariot. I flip reckless draw into a 2nd. Now holding reborn/dad/blizzard. I summon blizzard hoping he’ll chariot and give me my 3rd dark he doesn’t respond. So I synch into goyo. Still no response. I reborn his gyzarus he chariots the effect. I special dad destroy his mirror force and laquari and the next turn he scoops. 3800-0
G2. Were both down to topdecking. He has bestiari in hand with heavy he has 1 f/d I have kalut face up on the field with 1 face down. He heavys losing his book of moon and I chain roar. He didn’t want to summon and risk a bottomless and be left without his only monster. I end up topping a blizzard special gale half bestiari. Synchro kalut and gale for goyo and attack for game. 6400-0
Round 5. Jose “synchro cat’
G1. We get decked checked he gets a game loss for writing 2 mind controls instead of mind crush in his side.
G2. He draws broken and I cant come back from it.
G3. I Have control of the game until he rips pot into heavy all he has left is thought ruler and 1 face down and im holding a gale. I rip into shura special gale half the thought ruler atk over it and directly with both gales and dark strike for game !! 1500-0
Round 6. Vs Nicholas “Dark Drain”
G1. He opens up sangan and crush. And I still fight back to win ! 2000-0
G2. We go back and forth and he eventually gets it when he chains skill drain to my dad. While I got stardust he has colossal and just clears my board for game. 0-1300.
G3. I side into my spys and oppressions. I set spy and oppression first turn. He goes d draw malicious. Normal rose warrior hits into my spy. I search out guard. He sets his ccv then trys to remove for malicious I flip oppression. I draw. Play trunade. Go whirlwind summon bora search gale synch into dark strike fighter summon dad for game. 7200-0
Round 7. Sean “gladiator Beasts”
G1. He opens up with no monsters and I poke away with gale he kills it and I bring it back with blizzard and poke him to death with both. 8000-0
G2. We go back and forth and I end up taking it with goyo being too big and cold waves sided in. 5500-0
Round 8 vs Adam Corn
Were both 7-0 guaranteed to top so we play a fast match with no siding.
G1. I open up whirlwind and bora. He sets a monster and face down. I end up hitting 2 dekoichis and sangan with bora piercing and leaving him at 5500. He clears my field and reborns sangan. I summon shura atk into sangan special gale atk for 2700 when I discard kalut for a boost. Hes at 2000. I synch for dark strike fighter and claim priority and tribute itself for 1400. Then I reborn it and do it again for game. =)
G2. He goes valley dupe and basically kicks the crap out of me lol. 0-7300.
G3. I completely own with 1 whirlwind. I summon shura, set icarus he T sets i end phase icarus both. i summon bora and search for whirlwind and get kalut off of it. and used it to take advantage of the game. I end the game with heavy. And bring out 5 monsters to the field. 6300-0
Top 8. Vs Mitchell finally a lightsworn. we agree that I get the packs he gets the gift card but we play for the ranking lol.
G1. I open bora and whirlwind and synch for blackwing armor master 1st turn. He summons lumina mills nothing and ends. I normal summon kalut search gale special gale half the lumina reborn bora and synch for dark strike fighter and he scoops. 8000-0
G2. I have field control with light mirror, mirror force and armor master on board. He reborns my gale summons honest for blackrose =( he ends up coming back and winning.
G3. Last game of the day I draw my most broken hand ! I play 2 whirlwinds summon shura search bora and kalut set light imprisoning mirror and bottomless trap hole. He sets ryko and 1 face down bluff trap. I draw summon bora search 2 more kaluts. Flip light imprisoning mirror special gale. Shura attacks into ryko search another gale. 1300 direct with gale and 5900 with bora with 3 kaluts lol. 8000-0.

got there early nothing to do so why not play. couldnt play my new deck i been messing around with cuz i didnt have the sarcs but now i do =) so had to play good ol blackwing.
round 1 vs keanu i swear hes like my son or something he started dressing like me lol
game 1. i open up double reckless and drew into a 3rd icarus attack his gorz and token and finished him for game.
game 2. he kills me fast with shura and kaluts
game 3. he runs to my spys and im able to kill him with arcanite/dsf
we play more a lil more back and forth

game 1.. he summons stratos searchs malicious sarcs for d draw. and sets 1 backrow not looking good for me... i summon gale atk over stratos for 400. set roar and mst. he goes cyber valley/mind control the famous combo he pulls off almost every game. and ends i end phase mst his roar so hes stuck with a open field. i draw play double whirlwind summon bora <-- i drew. search kalut and gale special 2 gales atk for 2600 and 3100 with bora and kalut and dsf makes an appearance to end the game.
game 2.. he laughs cuz i always otk him. he sets dekoichi dustshoot and roar and ends. he sees my hand of gale, whirlwind, reborn, brain, icarus and bottomless. he sends back gale. i set 1 and end. he flips dekoichi summons stratos and attacks for 3200. he passes. i draw shura play whirlwind search for blizzard atk dekoichi he plays roar. he crashes shura and stratos and attacks for 1400 more and ends. i draw and pass he goes d draw for malicious and says he has game but remembers my hand and my 1 set too late. he summons malicious from his deck normal summons salvo for dsf. i ask for priority he tributes the dsf remember my 1 down card from the dustshoot. hes like **** and passes with just malicious on board. i draw summon blizzard bring back shura special gale synchro for dsf. brain malicoius synchro for colossal i play reborn on shura gg if he doesnt have gorz so i got dsf/colossal/shura and 1 in hand. i atk with dsf for 2600 he special summons gorz i flip over my f/d Icarus attack to destroy the token and gorz and atk for game with colossal and dsf effect =) bth was in my hand the whole time
Round 3/semifinals. vs ervin playing dad with mind controls/cyber valley
game 1. a lil back and forth but i otk him after double reckless and dad
game 2. back and forth but i summon dad clear his whole board he only could chain roar. i draw summon kalut special gale for goyo 2 more darks in grave for game.
Round 4 finals.. vs lil kid with blackwing either get 30bucks and free entry to next week or 2 packs and 5bucks.
game 1 he plays whirlwind for bora searchs gale. sets 2 backrows. i draw play heavy he chains reckless i play whirlwind and shura search kalut atk over bora bring out armor master and eventually just wear him down with so many cards advantage.
game 2. he gains with magical android for 4 turns and goes up to 9100. and i cant draw monsters. eventually i clear his whole board and hes into top decking. i knock him down to 3100 i have a sirocco and gorz in hand while im at 300 and torrential he tops into gale i have to torrential. then we go back and forth he eventually gets a bora to beat me down for game.
game 3 i side into spys/oppressions i get him to waste all of his kaluts by turn 3. he summoned one for whirlwind and discarded 2 to get rid of the spys. he has 3 monsters on board 2 backrow 2 in hand i get off 2 searchs off whirlwind with shura and i go blackrose. i end up beating him down with armor master he keeps passing getting hit directly. he eventually has 3 cards i have 3 in hand armor master on the field and f/d mirror force. and im at 3500. he trunades, summons shura plays brain control attacks but i summon gorz and he scoops =)
