I rly dont wanna write this but a few people asked me to so w/e.
Friday: I have absolutely no idea what the **** I'm running or if im even entering. i talk to a couple friends online and they told me i shud just run glads. i flip a coin to see if i even shud enter: heads ill enter. tails i dont. i got heads. =/ So im like w/e. i had my deck together for a few days and just work on improving my side. I dont have any airbellums or dsfs so i had to go for a more control oriented build. A couple of my friends alrdy had their invites so i was going to rely on lucksacking and getting scoops.
Saturday: I get like 3 calls from my friend Drew telling me to not be late. =/ We all end up getting there at like 9:30 after not being able to find the ******* place and I rush to register and fill my list out and shiz. Turns out I had more time than I thought. I pull crap out my packs. Only 1 holo which I traded for some bw ****. I see my asian friend Kevin and he's running my list almost card for card cuz its good.
Round 1 goes up and after a while we can begin..
R1: Me vs Six Samurai
G1: So while he's shuffling I see Six Sams. im like LOL this is gonna be easy. I get Herk turn 2 and turn 3 I have like 3 glads herk and a solemn down. GGz
G2: I open Samnite Samnite Cat Cat Murm Secutor and lose
G3: I open like laq laq dar equ chariot murm and attempt to stall with a hop but he rips Shogun.
0-1. im pissed off cuz i was obviously better than the guy i lost to and there was nothing i cud do due to my hands. there goes my tiebreakers.
R2: me vs hopeless dragon (I think..)
G1: Guess wut I drew? Sam Sam Laq Laq Secutor Murm. and he has like 3 Solemns down GG
G2: I open better and win with Herk
G3: Derp Derp Gyzarus + Cold Wave

R3: Me vs Blackwings
G1: I open Dustshoot and proceed to win with advantage
G2: I open Laq set Mirror and Opp. I pretty much had it from turn 1 but he eventually goes brain laq summon blizzard synchro to Goyo drop DAD blow juju...=/ i go cat to sam tiger get murm blow dad smashing on goyo tag to bestiari to blow bluff. all downhill for him from there. i didnt even have to use my sided oppressions. lol

G1 I open Dustshoot and won somehow
G2 He got me
G3 Im an idiot and didnt flip waboku in response to a shura and he goes drop kalut mp2 ss gale get dsf for game. QQ Close match though.

G1 He had a bad hand and I solemn his Bottomless on my Gyzarus and get Double Laq and win
G2 I solemn his vortex on my field of double laq and he has 3 gigas in hand so I won

G1 He draws awful and I won
G2 He gets Drain up but I get a Laq at 18 with 3 solemns down. LOL his hands once agen awful and I end up winning

R8 Me vs Patrick (Blackwing Dad)
G1 He got me cuz my hand sucks
G2 I open awful but top Cold Wave when he's low and summon a glad for game
G3 I misplay and he brains for game

i was at table 15 last round but somehow came in 42nd cuz of horrible ties. i still got my invite so its w/e. i play mitch for fun after and end up like 4-2ing him. lol
