Q about drawing cards

When you run your hand out of cards, do you draw a new hand or not? If so, how many cards? Thanks in advance!

Nope. You sit there with an empty hand, until the start of your next turn when you draw a card, or unless some other game effect puts cards in your hand before that.
There is no minimum or maximum hand size in Pokemon.
