Are we predicting a rise or fall with the Mythic reprint in M10?

I bought three of them for $10 a piece from a guy at my shop. My shop itself is charging ~$17.

I don't think the price will change. I think the M10 version will be a bit lower because of that freakin' ugly set symbol. But I have my four, so I don't need to worry about it. :p

I think the price is going to drop, because its not only being reprinted in M10 but as well as in the new duel decks.

It will drop. There will be more in circulation after M10 and the duel decks. So it will drop just because there will be more of them. Depends on if any decks in the future uses them at all though.
