Collector's Question

I'm trying to collect every card in the game as of right now. I have a few questions since I'm not sure where some of the cards belong.

1) Deliver the Ring of Arc is numbered SAS_DEM. I'm not sure what DEM stands for. Does it belong at the end of the set?

2) In Legendary Saga and all future promos/sets, they have double sided cards. Since I'm collecting every card I'll need two of each. For example, Amulet of Will is numbered LGS_093, and the back of it is numbered LGS_B5. Does all of the backsides have LGS_B1, LGS_B2 and so on? Would those go at the end of the set?

3) In the new mutual promo that will be played in the UK, it looks like the Formula card is numbered PRO_013. It looks like the other part of the card is numbered PRO_B13. That can't go before PRO_013, because PRO_012 will be in that spot. If it goes after, wouldn't that take up PRO_014 spot? I know I'm thinking too much about this, but it really is confusing.

4) Also, does anybody know June's promos? :)

1) "Demo", I think.

2) You could put them next to the front sides or put them all up the back. I think the first way would make easier cross-referencing. It's your call, really.

3) Do whatever you did for the other cards with a Bxx designation, for consistency's sake - have a second copy of each and either put it after the card to which it is relevant or put it in the back as if it were from another set with double-sided cards.

Could anyone tell me where to get this card from? Never seen it for sale or a picture of it.

Is it in a booster?

Have all the rest 1-183 except this card...

you only get it in the demo pack that most stores get sent when they first started out. there are actually some other marketing cards that have weird text on it too (passwords).. i never seen those.. but i have a few of the dem thingy somewhere.
