Thats true for anything, but Ive played brawl enough, went to tourneys. A good meta knight for example vs's a good Fox.. most of the time the metaknight wins. If you play the game competitive, its evident that MetaKnight's attacks have more priority than most other characters.

That Blue Eyes would have to be face up on the field for its effect to resolve, so you would need 4 Blue Eyes White Dragons in your deck to search for another 3. It would already be successfully summoned if you are resolving its effect, so the second sentence is redundant.
