I pm'd Jiggy_Ninja asking if he knew anything about it, and if he was capable of making a shoddy server. He replied that he could, but his internet too slow. I imagine that will be the problem with a lot of people. He then replied again saying I should make a thread here to see if anyone else could make it. Jiggy has said that he help anyone interested get it set up and administer it.
Several people have talked about this in several threads, but it never goes anywhere. Hopefully with a thread being made just for the discussion of it and administering of it, it can go somewhere.

Why am I so interested in this:
Skynet's revival of the suspect testing here at Pojo finally made me take action on this. 1. We can't very well use Smogon's server to test our suspects, no telling what changes they'll make that may not follow ours. 2. We are our own community, why should we let Smogon and all the other sites that have a server, "have all the fun"(quoted from skynet's thread title). TBH hosting a server is free, so why can't we host a server? (I may be wrong, if it isn't free, don't worry about doing this, just provide PROOF that it costs).
