Let's start this one out and give credit where credit is do.
My team captain Kris (Krisjsg2000/Kriswithak) came up with this build (http://www.pojo.biz/board/showthread.php?t=698925) a few weeks ago.
Just a quick recap of the matches.
Round 1 (Won)
Me VS Wilkins (Zeta Reticulant)
I lost game 1 after he managed to get all 3 Zeta's into the grave early game. After siding in Spy's, Solemn's, and Bottomless Trap Hole's, I was able to slow down the games pace and after several turns I was able to build up and drop OTK hands game 2 and 3.
Round 2 (Won)
Me VS Bernan (Lightsworn)
Game 1 was a mess,I couldn't tell you what happened here even if I wanted to. I noticed he lacked Honest's and CotLB's so I sided in Spy's, Bottomless', and the 3rd TRoar. Game 2 I drew nuts and won on turn 3. Game 3 was in my favor starting early game. Turn 4 I ended with Stardust Dragon, Goyo Guardian, DAD, Black Whirlwind, and a set My Body. He was down to 2 cards, a JD and a Foolish. It was game over.
Round 3 (Won)
Me VS Bryan (DarkDrain/Virus Control)
Game 1 I OTK'd early game with DSF. Not having to good of an idea as to what he was playing I sided in Spy's and Bottomless' just to be safe. Game 2 my hand was bad, there was nothing I could do. Game 3 he hit me with an early game Skill Drain + Fusilier. I worked around the Skill Drain by using Black Whirwind to catch me Kalut's. After several turns of keeping the temp slow, I drew into Trunade and got rid of Skill Drain, then pushed for max damage I could hit that turn droping him to 4700. He goes and sets the Drain again. On my turn he plays it and I hit him down to 1200. MP2 I special summon Gale and Sync for DSF and launch for game.
Round 4 (Won)
Me VS Donald (Skilldrain Ratbox)
Game 1 I have 2 Bora, 1 Shura, 2 Gales, and Black Whirlwind all in play but he kept running off of Tomatoes and ending with a Snipe Hunter to prevent himself from losing the game. Next turn he played Lightning Vortex, I scooped shortly after. I sided in the Spy's and the Bottomless' just to keep it safe again. Game 2 I drew godly. setting 2 Reckless' and ending. He summoned and set 1. I drew for turn and played the Reckless'. After playing MST I was able to drop game with Sirocco, 2 Whirlwinds, Bora, Reborn, and DAD. Game 3 I played very similar to last round. He played Skill Drain + Barbaros. I worked with Whirlwind to keep Kalut's in my hand which allowed me to stall out until I could get rid of Drain and swarm for game.
Round 5 (Won)
Me VS Adolfo (Gladiator Beast)
Game 1 ended fairly quickly. Taking first I set Reckless and TRoar. After drawing 3 on my turn I played Allure and after removing a Sirroco I had Heavy, Sirocco, Whirlwind, DAD, and Bora. Game 2 I was completely shut out. He had Chariot, 2 Solemn's, and a Rescue Cat. Game 3 I started off with a plus 3 off of Heavy Storm. Dropping Whirlwind then Shura, I attacked over his Sangan and hit with the Gale from Shura. I set MBAAS and pass. He drops Prisma and Tiger for Gyzarus and I stop it with MBAAS. A few turns later I finished the game with a Bottomless on his Rescue Cat play.
Round 6 (Won)
Me VS Jamol (Lightsworn)
Game 1 went to him, he had answers to everything. Game 2 and 3 I won with DSF few turns into the game. None of these games really lasted long.
Round 7 (Lost)
Me VS Glenn
It takes Glenn 5 minutes to play Reckless Greed. Neither of these games went past turn 4, he OTK'd me both games with Reborn. Game 2 I opened with 2 Sirocco, Solemn, Kalut, Shura, and a Spy. I Set Spy & Solemn. Glenn dropped Shura and hit the Spy, he killed it with Kalut. He searched for Gale. MP2 he used Brain on my Spy and Sync'd for Arcanite and broke my FD Solemn. After setting two he passed. I drew Cyber but he had Solemn and Icarus set. I lost the following turn to Reborn and DAD.
Round 8 (Won)
Me VS Jamol (Lightsworn)
Very similar to round 6.
Overall 7-1
3rd in Swiss/Top8
