but i will reserve the english copies of each and get the figures in the US

The Japanese versions will work on your DSi. Nintendo has never region locked its handheld games. But the language barrier definitelt puts a damper on it.

I'm buying this game as soon as it hits the internet (legally). Being in Kiwiland we tend to not get games for ages. I had to wait 4 months to get Platinum when it was released, this time I'm going straight to ebay.

i have it in Japanese but all i did was beat the gyms and elite four and now just for wifi battles since im getting back into that and all. i think the English version will be better since i will be able to read it all. but it was fun for the first few days and alllol

I'll be getting both i'll adding both to my collection along with Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.

If i had to choose 1 i would pick Soul Silver i like Lugia for that reason.

Eventho i herd parts of the game are in english, like the moves for example, put i havent checked that out yet... If someone could get an English script, id download it. But thats just me...
