Here is a list I have been rocking with. It has no cards from Reborn; I just didn't see any that were obvious choices. I might try some Identity Crisis.

Creatures:6
4 Sanctum Gargoyle
2 Sharuum the Hegemon

Removal:16
4 Executioner's Capsule
3 Path to Exile
4 Oblivion Ring
3 Infest
2 Martial Coup

Draw:13
4 Courier's Capsule
2 Armillary Sphere
4 Esper Charm
3 Kiss of the Amesha

Lands:25
4 Arcane Sanctum
3 Esper Panorama
5 Plains
6 Island
7 Swamp

SB
3 Tidehollow Sculler
4 Scepter of Fugue
1 Countersquall
4 Cancel
3 Tezzeret

This deck has more draw than anything else I have seen in block, and as such it has a pretty easy time dispatching most decks, just because it can always draw an answer. Obviously G1 I'm a little weak to Ultimatums or Broodmates, but that gets better post board. Against control, I often side out Removal for the Sculler/Scepter + Tezzeret package, and have been known to side in all 15 before.

You might want Borderposts considering you're playing Esper. They just work better than the Panoramas, IMO, unless the Pans are there strictly to thin your deck.

The lack of any counterspells disturbs me. Don't get me wrong, I hate counter-heavy decks, but you need some protection from fast aggro and Cascade Elf.

If anything the counters aren't for fast aggro; they would be for Broodmate. The Cascade elf is good, but counters really aren't any good against that anyway unless it's Double Negative. I haven't had any problems with Cascade.dec as the card draw in this deck is ridiculous, so I'm usually not lacking an answer to aggro decks. What counter would you suggest anyway? I may give it a shot.

And yes the Panoramas are mostly there to thin, with fixing as a bonus(backwards I know).

Soul Manipulation and Countersquall are my favorites; I run them in my midrange deck to surprising success.
