Entry fees for regular tournaments are alway $5. It has better prize support that ranges from 2 Special Edition packs of your choice to a box of your choice. Yo this is Garnell by the way.

we pretty much are trying to get tournaments up and running again. but the prize payout will be better than any tourneys in orlando and he also has a CASH buylist so stop buy and bring people. if you play magic they hold 40+ player fnm's all the time so they run great events its just that we need people!!!!!!!

it's a mix of gp and unity but there are so new faces that show up. Me personaly I hate gathering place that store has no good prizes and everyone knows how jose is so why go play there. Cool Stuff is the better, bigger, and it has air lol

CoolStuff is definitely one of the best hobby stores I've been to. It's spacious, air-conditioned(!!), has plenty of food/drink and most importantly they usually sell everything 10-15% below MSRP or more. That is BEFORE sale prices.

From what I hear, CoolStuff, like many other hobby retail stores, is trying to get on the brand-spankin' new Konami wagon. I'm sure Konami is flooded, with similar requests and is trying to fulfill them ASAP. But, they've received RGBT a day before announced street-date and Gold Series 2 right on time.

It seems like they've got a steady flow of cards from a Konami dealer.

When I spoke to one of the managers, they said all they were waiting for was champion pack 8 before they start running tournaments.

I'm sure with more demand would help them expedite their efforts. So yes, everyone should come to Cool Stuff.

EDIT: Oh, and on a normal weekday, I usually see about 3-5 YGO players. On a weekend that number about triples. This is without any tournament, people just come here to trade and play. If tournaments started... jeez... place would be packed.
