Ok, so say i successfully contact fuse for a GB Gyzarus and after that my opponent destroys it and send it to the graveyard. *NOTE: He destroyed it, not negated it.*
So my question is:
Can i tag out the gyzarus if i bring it back wit darius' effect?

Well, Darius will negate its effect, as it does with any Gladiator Beast monster it Special Summons.

I kno he negates it's effect, so gyzarus won't destroy 2; but can I tag da gyzarus out? I thought tagging out was somekind of cost...

No it wont. Gyzarus effect would be negated. If Darious is removed from the field, Gyzarus would return to the Extra deck.

I believe R3 has asked a different question.
If Darius recovers a Gyzarus, and the Gyzarus successfully attacks. You can activate the effect. Gyzarus would tag out as a cost, but as the effect is negated, nothing could be tagged in.

You're right. He asked if Gyzarus can be tagged out. The answer is yes.
Ness pointed out nothing would be tagged in, which is also true.

Y would nothin tag in? I think if I tag out gyzarus and not darius, I can tag in two gbs...

Darius negates Gyzarus' effect. Tagging two monsters in is Gyzarus' effect.
It's just that tagging out is the cost to activate that effect. And Darius doesn't stop costs.

They could tag out as a cost to activate their effect.
Its effect would be negated and the GB in the deck would stay there.
They can tag in but nothing will be summoned.
you can always tag out darius to get out bestiari so you can fuse it with gyzarus to get another gyzarus. or play test tiger return gyzarus to bring out another glad. :D <"z

i dont think his test tiger will work wit darius, he still leaves the field so gyzarus would go back also, but im sure you can test tiger the gyzarus
i always thought u could tag out/in a gyzarus that has been brought out by darius, cuz i always did it lol :)

If my opponet has skill drain out and i bring out gysaurus can i use book of moon to have it ecscape skill drain and still destroy 2 cards

You can with Test Tiger, but not with Gyzarus' effect, because it will be negated.
Test Tiger is not part of the scenario we are discussing.

Yes, you can. Gyzarus will not be negated by Skill Drain.
Yes, because Skill drain only negates the effects of Face up monsters. Gyzarus will not be face up thus avoiding Skill Drains reachability.

seriously?! O_o you can activate book of moon on gyzarus and let it destroy skill drain?! how is that possible? isn't skill drain a cont. effect that happens immediately? <"z

Skill Drain only negates the monster's effect at resolution. If the monster is face up at that time.
If you flip the monster face down before resolution, then its effect will not be negated.
