There are tournaments on Sunday usually starting at around 2 pm. The entry is $5 and the prize is CASH to at least 1st and 2nd and potentially 3rd and 4th if the attendance is high enough.

Unfortunately no. I'm going to try and convince Lucky to contact Konami and get the software and ID numbers to run it. I guess he just has less incentive to do so with the amount of people showing up for the tournament starting to dwindle.

There's a fair amount of Lightsworn I guess and some Gladiator Beasts depending on who shows up.

Our decks are random as hell... Blackwing and Plants are really popular in the more budgeted groups. LS and GB are of course there. Chaos (based on Israeli nats) is picking up a lot of steam. Monarchs still exist. Random ass **** still exists.

I'll take full credit for making Skill Drain viable up there... with the list from Treadwell of course.

We're still drawing 30-40 on saturdays and 20 or so on Sundays. Mostly kids tho. The actual good player count is far smaller but payout is payout.

Sucks your tournies are dwindling... heres to hoping Konami revitalizes the game in the coming months.

I believe I will. I might be playing in the WoW tournament tho. It will be good practice for me since i'm going to a Realm Championship tournament in Tennessee the following week.

No one plays them. Like I said our attendance has been down lately so the deck type variety is pretty low. I posted this to try and get more people to attend. It's really worth coming to this tournament if you live within at least 45 minutes or less from the store as the payout is great.

Our tournaments are kind of small right now. A good deal of a regulars kind of gave up on the game during the whole konami and ude thing. But we still get at least 8 people for tournaments on the weekends. You should definitely come out and play on Saturdays and Sundays. In terms of other games, Lucky does have Magic the Gathering drafts on Wednesdays and Friday Night Magic on Friday obviously.

There's going to be a sneak peak for Stardust Overdrive at this store this Sunday, November 1st. It'll start at about 2 PM. Also, for our normal tournaments you can now get turbo packs which can be chosen instead of cash prize if one wishes. The amount of packs you receive is worth about double the amount of money usually. For example if first place is $25 then you can get something like 12 turbo packs instead.

As part of the new East Coast Gaming series, Lucky's card shop will be hosting a cash tournament with a 20 dollar entry on Saturday, August 13th with cash prize for top 8 based on attendance. More details such as start time will be posted in the next few days.

Ok the $20 dollar entry tournament will definitely be happening at Lucky's this Saturday, August 13th. Registration starts at 12 with the tournament starting probably at 1 or a little after. Prize will be based on attendance.
