Land 23
3 Plains
2 Island
2 Swamp
3 Mountain
3 Forest
3 Bant Panorama (Only one I have more than 1 copy of that has 2 of the bigger colors)
1 Exotic Orchard
4 Rupture Spire
2 Unstable Frontier
Creatures 11
3 Dragonsoul Knight
2 Fusion Elemental
3 Matca Rioters
2 Paragon of the Amesha
1 Child of Alara
Other Spells 23
3 Armillary Sphere
1 Conflux
4 Exploding Borders
3 Manaforce Mace
4 Might of Alara
1 Obelisk of Alara
3 Path to Exile
3 Volcanic Fallout
2 Magma Spray
The idea of this is accelerate in lands with my Exploding Borders/Path to Exile while getting big creatures that can come quickly because of the acceleration. I am really trying to use domain and 5 color cards which are available to come out with land manipulation and burning... There is not much control in the deck because I didn't see many that fit the theme and I would like to keep it a Conflux unless its a panorama. I am truly a budget player buying only 30 packs so far so this deck pulled together with the cards I have and some others' ideas...

I usually don't do this, but since I have a deck that is very, very, very similar to yours, I'll just post it here so you can give it a look.
Creatures (17):
4 x Elvish Visionary
3 x Fleshformer
4 x Matca Rioters
2 x Worldheart Phoenix
1 x Child of Alara
2 x Fusion Elemental
1 x Hellkite Overlord
Artifacts (4):
4 x Armilliary Sphere
Spells (16):
3 x Spore Burst
4 x Exploding Borders
3 x Might of Alara
3 x Drag Down
3 x Jund Charm
Lands (23):
2 x Rupture Spire
3 x Unstable Frontier
4 x Savage Lands
4 x Mountains
3 x Swamps
1 x Island
1 x Plains
5 x Forests
It's more Jund-based, but uses some of the most useful Domain cards. Elvish Visionary, Matca Rioters and Spore Burst serve as speed-bumps against faster decks. Jund Charm, Drag Down and Might of Alara can also help slowing down enemy creature assaults. Just work on not dying before you get to Domain with Armilliary Spheres and Exploding Borders. When you get to Domain, the real fun happens. Matca Rioters are now 5/5s and you can back them up with 8/8 Fusion Elementals and/or a 6/6 Child of Alara. Fleshformers are 4/4s with Fear who can kill or cripple a creature every turn. Worldheart Phoenix is great against any deck not running White, especially Blightning decks since it just keeps coming back and back. And since your bound to have a lot of lands later in the game, Hellkite Overlord can easily come down and deal those last points of damage against the opponent.
The main difficulty in a Domain deck (in my experience) is to survive till Domain. Which is why I'd suggest adding and extra Path to Exile and Obelisk of Alara to help you get there. Since you're mostly running R/G/W (Worldly Counsel should be removed for something more useful), I'd also suggest running only one Island and one Swamp, since you can easily search them out with Spheres/Borders anyways.

I see what you mean but some one in my area says he thinks 2 would be a better for each of them. I will try to get more path to exile but that will be from someone trading since I am not thinking of getting many more packs and the nearest cardshop is 45 miles away.
I personally like worldly council because it can help me cycle for that card I need and when you read my sig it says I am more towards blue (I used to run Grixis Illusionist (I think thats the name) but those got out for the Paragon and his friend.
I know what you mean by running one of the land but with some of the test setups the lands set up with turn 7 average and 3 drops that get big with just 4 lands stop them from coming.
