TOGIT's Box tournaments in NJ OFFICIAL THREAD

this is the official thread for the only game in town's sunday box tournaments.

located in summerville nj on mainstreet for address checkhttp://togit.com
entry is 10 dollars
the tournament is 4-5(may be more depending on attendence) swiss rounds, cut to top4/8

prizes (if attendence goes up, prizes go up)
1st place gets a box of whatever they want, store credit, or special editions.
2nd gets whatever was decided on splitting in the finals
more prizes maybe available if more people come!!!

tournaments begin 1-130.
and end as late as necessary.

normal attendence is around 10-20

competition is fun with people running decks from plants, glads, and lightsworns to decks like macro and demise!!

there are snacks in the store, chinese food, pizza and more on mainstreet.

the store also supports almost any game you can think of and has tables and terain for warhammer and pirates.

we have all the latest yugioh products as well as many other games.

at togit we are flexible, if the participants decide on different prize support, or a different tournament day, talk to me, and i will see what i can do.

I don't even play at locals anymore since there really isn't a point. Crimson sucks and I already have every single holo in the set (minus most of the secrets); once the ranking system is made, then I will start playing, which is in less than 2 weeks. Yes there are. They start at about 1PM.

what is the prize structuer/attendence

All the information can be found on the Timezone gaming thread. Normally on Saturdays there is 15+ people and there is a hobby league. Although things are going to change soon because they are going to be holding special types of tournaments. Depending on how the split is, for hobby league, packs are distributed among 1st and 2nd depending on the amount of people -1 (I THINK, it might be -2). So if there are 15 people, 14 packs will be distributed among 1st and 2nd place depending on what the players want to do or the store wants to do on that day.

Also, box tournaments are held on Sunday and also start at 1PM. Packs are distributed to 2nd place depending on attendance, but 1st always gets a box of the latest set. This week, no store will have Raging Battle most likely.
