I'm going to ask all the player's what Saturday is best for them in June. These are the Saturdays in June 6-13-20-27 the player's that I have already ask said June 6 is good
now if there happens to be a Konami SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT we will move our tournament to one-two weeks Saturday after that.

Thanks for the compliment on the store. It would be nice if you could make it but I know with the distance and the price of gas going up again you have to pace the trips. You are a good player and added a competitive edge to the last tourney here, so it would be nice to see you play again.

in regards to your post. Wondering if you have ever been to his store and if so are u regular there than i might know you. Anyway if your not, than let say that i know the store owner and he a great person and would never ripped anyone. I'm not sure if he doesn't have anything else plan nor will i speak as if i knew. but he does put players first always, everything else second. He has a great store meant for both video and TCG players needs. He has never over charge anyone and has always stood for integrity.

It may be a good store but its not worth driving to from the west side of florida, Sebring, Tallahassee, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Sarasota, St.Pete, Clearwater, Datona, and Brandon.

Sorry for the late response- but you need not worry about apologizing to me--- I feel all players need to put sanctioned tournaments above non-sanctioned tourneys, to get your invite to Nationals-- Hope you kick butt @ regional.

I posted what the tournament was offering- very clearly- as to the # of players and the #of prizes-the prize amount is based of the lowest number in that category ei: 10 players x $25.00 = $250.00 1st place gets $200.00 and store $50.00. and this goes to all the levels- do the math.
As for fair- the tournament was clearly posted to tell players what we were offering and we didn't change nor threaten to cancel because of the number of players that arrived.
As for traveling and our location- We are in the center of Florida- maximum drive time Jacksonville (north) 4 hours or 225 miles/ Key Largo (south) 3 hours 55 min. or 205 miles, Cocoa Beach (east) 2 hour 40 min. or 134 miles,/ Clearwater (west) 2 hour 30 min. or 116 miles.
As for the store, the tournament area is the largest square footage I know of in Florida, daily seating is for 78 players.

I am not talking crap about you, I am just giving my opinion. If you want all your "big tournaments" to stay at around an avarage of 10-18 players, then keep doing what you are doing, you're doing a good job of keeping people away. Any store that takes almost 60% of the entrance money as profit should not even be allowed to have the opportunity to hold a Yugioh tournament. Yes, you clearly stated in your prize support breakdown that you would take in $1,225.00 and give back $400.00. So I guess it's the players fault if they got ripped off, not yours.

I'm just saying your setup is completely flawed. The fact is, if 49 people show up, 98% of your players walk awak with nothing, and 2% of your players walk away with a prize(one freaking person).
