What? You know they ARE legal in decks....

If u ment that theyre aren't any hi-tech cards that are worthy of Constucted play... then quite frankly u are wrong..

High-techs aren't allowed IN your deck. They can be part of your deck, but not in it at all during gameplay. So you can't have HT allies, but a HT mp.

like all the topics are old here, there arent nearly as many as on the yugioh forums....i just felt like it is it a bad thing?
