For puppets?

There isn't really one.

In general, two decks of the newest Naruto starter can get you places, but all the starter decks from The Chosen to present are quite good. (those are the newest 4 decks)

if ur buying cards for a fire wind deck get the gaara tin from ANC i got a LAR and the alt. arts i got wer superb to my fire/wind deck hope i helped. :)

I actually liked the speed and power of Mono-water. The jutsu are some of the best in the game.

Welcome to the game Sean, always good to see some new blood in the forums. I should inform you though that if you continue to use "7" where it would be most appropriate to use a "T" you may find it a tad difficult to make it to vet status. FYI, I can delete faster than you can post. ^_^

Chain Lightning is discarding cards in your deck and then fishing out select cards from your discard to place in your deck or hand. It uses Naruto [OC] to use jutsus as Naruto himself is immune to them so he can deal lots of damage with little fear of counter-attack.

Naruto vs. Sasuke is a mission card that is based around genin rush and winning early-game battles before your opponent has time to set-up his playing field.

Mono Fire OC uses Sasuke [OC] as an invincible beatstick with a common fire line-up of negation and removal. These decks also tend to use the Uchihas and cards that boost each other, making very large teams.

This is just an opinion, but if you're starting out (not sure if you've watched the show or anything, but I'm sure you have) and you want to make a deck by yourself, choose a character that you like. From there, look up the cards that can support him/her and go from there. Fav character I chose was Zabuza. Had him since set 1 and I'm still using him in my near mono water built (it changes time to time, but it's mostly water lol)

Other than that, welcome to the board, and best of luck on making a deck :D
