After searching the internet for quite some time.. I've come across many people debating and trying to rule if Bad Reaction to Simochi and Nurse Reficule's effects stack or not..

Example: Bad reaction active + Nurse on the field + activating Gift Card = Causes just 3000 damage, or 6000?

Everyone that stated one way or another didn't seem completely sure with themselves.. and I've even read some cases where a judge ruled that they do stack and a kid won the tournament with it..

I personally assume they don't stack.. but could they? (I have the deck built, I'll share it if you want to see it)

they do not stack.

they are both continuous effects that modify healing effects. after one of them reverses the gift card into burn, the second has no healing effects to modify.

Check the official rulings on http://netrep.net/ :
Bad Reaction to Simochi
Multiple copies of this card are not cumulative. If you have 2 copies of "Bad Reaction to Simochi" on the field and the opponent activates "Dian Keto the Cure Master", they only take 1000 points of damage.
The same applies to "Nurse Reficule the Fallen One" + "Bad Reaction to Simochi", because they have the same effect.

If Nurse Reficule or Prime Material Dragon and similar cards are on the field at the same time as each other and an effect is activated that deals damage or increases the life points, the effect deals damage or increases lifepoints.

Example: Reficule and PMD on the field, Gift Card is Activated: Opponent gains 3000 LP.

Example 2: PMD and Simochi on the field, Tremendous Fire is activated: Opponent takes 1000 damage.

Edit: I just now realized I answered the wrong question. That'll teach me to skim and not read the whole post!
