Dark Creator question

Dark Creator card can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard??? and if Skill Drain its in the field can be activate the effect of Remove and special summon??

As long as he was properly summoned a first time to the field, yes. He can be revived.


With Skill drain you can activate the effect and remove a monster, but if Creator is face up on the field at resolution time, he will be negated.
