Im having the same problem as majinn vegeta but

ok i have 99% like vajinn vegeta and have all characters and all the capsuls i think but i have yet to collect the dragon balls i think i have 3.If i got all of them would that give me 100%? and if u get all the dragonballs wat do they do?

do u mean on the dragonworld map? if so then it wont give u a higher capsule percentage, all it does is after u defeat kid buu (if u have collected all 7 dragonballs that is) shenron will grant u a wish, but i am sure u have already done this or u wouldnt be up to 99% lol

it must be some insignifcant capsule u havent got yet, check www.gamefaqs.com

they should help u out there when u can read those guys faq and cross reference it with your own save file

and bulmas costumes :D
