Well where to begin. I guess I should introduce myself first. I'm Skyler Champagne and I'm gonna post this report as my intro and my first topic.
First lemme say everything that happened there I don't really care about. All the drama with the rule sharking thing .....man I'm not even worried about that. Itz all good so everyone that was watching that just forget it. Its no big deal.
Moving on lemme say this was a very hard tournament and really good competitors were there. Well anywayz lemme just show how difficult it was.
Round 1: TeleDAD Mirror
Game 1: Hmmm all I really remember was using caius 4 game.
Game 2: He goes off with the otk thing and I lose.
Game 3: I go off on him with the otk. lolz.
1-0
Round 2: TeleDAD vs. LS
Game 1: I end up hitting him with ccv and win.
Game 2: He drops 2 JD's plus lumina and layla. X_X
Game 3: Arkus with honest saves your life. All LS duelist better side deck it.

Round 3: TeleDAD Mirror
Just when I thought I had a break...I was wrong...This guy was packing the plasma's I hated so much and the funny thing was he's a friend of mine. As a matter of fact I think he's here on pojo. I think his s/n chaos master of something of that.
Game 1: He goes off with plasma and I just can't come back.
Game 2: I burn myself to 1100 life points using oppression and poke at him with krebons to win. His life was about 600.
Game 3: I burn myself again to about 900 ,but this time I manage to get him to burn himself with oppression and then I used DAD for the win.
GG man.

Round 4: TeleDAD Mirror again....Gosh does it ever stop?
Game 1: I use allure 2 times and d-draw once and set oppression after summoning stardust dragon + thought ruler....yeah....i think u get it. xD
Game 2: Hmm I used mst on his mirror force and he has only 2000 left and I have thought ruler..So yeah scoop it up! lolz

Round 5 TeleDAD vs. LS
Game 1: He doesnt mill anything important and I draw like crazy otking him.
Game 2: I used skill drain on his lumina and well a couple of defenders and synchro summons and it was over.
4-1
Round 6 TeleDAD Mirror Wow all these mirror matches doesnt make sense.
Game 1: He summons stardust ,DAD and colossial. I go brain control take stardust summon my own colossial and DAD and win. xD
Game 2: He set a monster and ended. I used d-draw twice and allure once. Removed mali summon caius removed his necro ss DAD w/ colossal and yea game over.

Woot I made it to top 8!!!
Top 8 match.
I ended up playing my friend adam colb. I'm like wow now i gotta play you to? and he says not really you can scoop if you want to.. we laughed...
Game 1: He pulls off an amazing combo with greenkappa and ccv. He actually crushed my whole hand and I scooped.
Game 2: can't really remember all I know is that I won it. Sorry my memory sucks.
Game 3: I pulled off the weirdest 8000 direct dmg ever. I summoned DAD with colossial and grepher and I brain controlled his sangan for game..He had a back row but meh I always say if you got game you should go for it.
It was a fun match he wished me the best of luck. GG adam.
Top 4 When I heard who i was playing some guy named Daniel Savage I didnt know who he was. I just thought he was another person. Come to find out about halfway through game 2 I realized he was the number 1 ranked person in Louisiana. When I told him omg so thats who you are. he just laughed..and I laughed with him. We shook hands and wished each other the best.
Game 1: he owns me pretty much the whole game. All I manage to remember was the plasma that killed me. Sorry
Game 2: A good number of royal oppressions and making him waste his points for oppression then dropping DAD he solemns and I synchro for colossal and I win.
Game 3: The longest game I played so for. He ended up using 2 psychokenesis and hitting both my oppressions and I summoned thought ruler and colossal and he summons goyo and takes my thought ruler. I go and attack goyo it dies and he sets a back row then colossal kills the thought ruler and he draws and sets another backrow I then attack with colossal and he scoops it up. Hardest game I played ever. Afterwards, we shook hands and he said good luck man. GG daniel. Much respect dude. Oh and your right people should enjoy the game.

Top 2 Match
To be honest I couldn't believe I had made it this far considering I only played teledad for about a week. Crazy right? Anywayz I was here and I was ready.I didn't want shrink so here's where I gave it my all
Game 1: I ended up with stardust dragon and he has goyo with no hand and I phoenix his goyo and he scoops.
Game 2 : He brings out thought ruler with gorz on his field and sets a back row. I ended up summoning DAD blowing up his back row and gorz and finally synchro 4 stardust colossal and then drop a second DAD and he scooped.. I couldn't believe it I had won the tournament!!! So much excitement and respect from my friends and players over there. Just about every 1 congratulated me and I got some offers for sacro but I decided to hold on to it. It was really fun and I had a good time.
Sorry it I made it short.. I'm kinda at work right now I'll probably update more info later..
BTW: Justin I heard what happened in top 4 man...I'm sorry to hear people still stack like that to win. Its a shame man..But don't worry about it too much. I think that person has something coming to him. Don't let that get you down though man...Just do what I do..I always and I repeat I always riffle shuffle my opponents deck before we start and every time a draw card goes off I always cut. Even if its your friends you never know man. Good luck to you in the future man.
