Myriam+Instrauctor Giralo COMBO HELP!!!

ok this is going to sound noobish (just started). . .but from what I've read Myriam+Giralo seems to be a rather potent combo. BUT I don't exactly know how to pull it off. So what happens after I tap Myriam? doesn't Giralo's inspire work during the ready turn? doesn't that mean I cant tap myriam till me next turn? and hence doesn't that make the combo kinda ummm null?

HELP ME CLARIFY THIS PLEASE :)

Inspire occurs during every OTHER player's ready step. That means you ready a card of the specified type during their turn, not your own.

So you use Myriam Starcaller's power on your turn, ready her with Instructor Giralo on your opponent's turn, then use her power again.
