Does anyone think this is a good idea (?):
Title: Dragon Ball Z: Legacy
System: Gameboy Advanced
Plot: Goku returns to Earth to battle new villains (the Androids) and gain new allies (Trunks). This is the story of Goku and his friends and their battles against the forces of evil. Will Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, Tien, Krillin, and Yamcha have what it takes to take on a perfect machine of destruction (Cell)?
Movement System: You can fly around the world to certain locations (like West City, Ginger Town, Master Roshi's Island, and Kami's Lookout) and then enter these locations. Then you fight enemies with the character's you have in your party. Achive your objective and you gain Levels, new techniques, and even the legendary Dragon Balls.
Battle System: The Battle System is similar to the one used in Dragon Ball Z: Legend of the Super Saiyan for SNES. It doesn't use cards though to determine your moves for a particular character. You start a battle, you choose each of your character's actions, and then depending on that character's Level, Power Level, Hit Points, and Ki Points, he either damages or kills the enemy. It's a basic RPG Battle System.

Maximum Power Level: 15,000,000 (45,000,000 as a Super Saiyan)

If you do, their Levels, Hit Points, Ki Points, Power Levels, and Attributes will increase dramatically. The earlier in the game you do it however, the less the power up will be.
