UK Adult Versions of the Books

I was wondering what differences are evident between the regular(for all ages), US books and the adult, UK books. I appreciate the help.

Cover and that is all, with some cultural changes made obviously (like wording of toilet and loo etc). THOUGH in the Half-blood prince the American version has Dumbledore saying one extra line to Draco, on the lines of something like 'you cannot die if you have dies already' or something to that effect..

I think the books curved in terms of maturity quite appropriately. I can only hope the seventh movies will be a bit more daring in terms of rating than the previous movies.
