Maclious don't count twards targets most of the time. If all goes well you will d draw the first one, and special summon the other two from your deck

you can use D-Hero Defender instead of the Diamond dudes and doom lord...
It will probly survive a turn, then you can just trib him so your opponent wont get to draw for his effect

No because there is a ruling that if Diamond dude sends a D-Draw to the graveyard, I don't have to discard a destiney hero.

I know the rulings on Diamond dude, its just you only have 10 Normal spells so his effect will 'whiff' most of the time, and the defender will give you a tribute material next turn.
