Static Shock Team! (Tribute to Lt. Surge- Rock on!) plz rate/fix

Well, Im a big fan of mah elecky types, and this is my interpretation of a pwn@g£ electric team. Yes, I know that they'll be a big nasty ground monster stomp in and earthquake 'em to smithereens, but I ain't to bothered bout that. This is sheerly to make a one type team.
Oh yeah, it's sorta under construction, as I need one more pokemon to fill the last slot, and I'm hoping it will me magneton soon. Also, not all this pokemon have learnt all there level up moves, so bear that in mind.

Yeah, it's like I said at the start of the topic, I know that it would be pwned by a nasty ground type, but i was more concerned about the actual theming of the team. I just thought how useful hidden power is! You said about teaching it to Electabuzz, but what should I erase for it (bearing in mind that at level 47 or something it learns Thunderbolt, which i will replace thunderpunch with)? If we want it all attack moves, then I think it's obvious that Light Screen should go, but what do you think?
Oh, and I haven't got Leftovers. I sorta accidently PWNED the Snorlax by Vermillion. :( As for teaching Lanturn Thunder, that may be a problem as i don't think it actually learns it, and with no crystal move tutor TMs, I don't think I can teach it. The only way I THINK I could do it is by breeding a chinchou with it. Darn...
Raikou is gonna be tough to level up, but other wise im pleased with that. Thanx, anyone else?

For Electabuzz, HP:Grass>Light Screen

You can get another TM25 at the Goldenrod Casino for 5500 coins. Lanturn does learn the TM. I also realized that toxic could go well over Spark.
If you have Red, Blue or Yellow you can trade a Clefable or Snorlax to get more leftovers.
