Hey I'm back with another review. Sorry it took me a while but I have been busy as of late. So into the review we go...
Black energetic mastery

At the start of your Rejuvenation Step, your opponent discards a card from his hand. When one of your other Black Style cards discards or removes from the game the last card in your opponents hand or discard pile, advance your MP 1 level.
Boy this mastery is probably the best GT has to offer. Throughout the history of cardgames, one thing has always been true; hand advantage wins games. No wonder this is so powerful. "At the start of your Rejuvenation Step, your opponent discards a card from his hand." That effect alone makes it worth using. It is instant hand advantage to you, because at the end of the turn, your holding 2 cards to his 1. To make this even worse, the black style has coolness drill with lets you hold an additional card at the end of the turn. But that is not the only reason why this is the most played mastery in GT. "When one of your other Black Style cards discards or removes from the game the last card in your opponents hand or discard pile, advance your MP 1 level." Wow! This mastery also allows you to ascend levels extremely quick. In Dbz, many decks were based on a personalities level 1 power or constant combat power because their upper levels weren't that good. In GT however, mostly every personality has an extremely good high level. For instance: Pan level 4, Uub level 4, Goku level 5, Baby level 4, Frieza level 3, Super 17 level 5, Myuu level 5 and the list keeps going. Also with the help of black command, black full force impact, and black frieza's fierce detonation you can jump 3-4 levels in 2 turns or less. All in all this mastery is very well rounded.

Personalities to use with: The thing about it is that any personality can work wonders with this mastery. However, I see Frieza as being the #1 pick to use this mastery because his level 3 works so well with the black style. For beatdown you can use Majuub (good regen), Goku (big energy), or Baby vegeta (physical beats). If you're afraid of allies in Focused, one of the best personalities to use would be baby. And finally, Dr. Myuu because of his ability to search out anything he wants.
