Okay, in order to make the best with what you got, let's try to focus on a Sligh Strategy. It seems that your budget isn't a lot, so I'll keep the cards pretty cheap.
Land: 20
[12] Mountain
[4] Great Furnace
[4] Barbarian Ring
I highly reccomend going out and trying to get your hands on some Barb. Rings. They can literally make the game, as so can all burn spells.
Creature: 14
[4] Spark Elemental
[4] Mogg Fanatic
[4] Slith Firewalker
[2] War Elemental
The line-up isn't too bad. Slith Firewalker is gonna be your main player here. Mogg Fanaticand Spark Elemental are gonna start off the game with "peck" damage, and Slith Firewalker is goin to be the main creature along with War Elemental.
Other Spells: 26
[4] Bonesplitter
[4] Pyrite Spellbomb
[4] Volcanic Hammer
[4] Electroplasmatic Bolt
[3] Sharpnel Blast
[3] Fireshrieker
Okay, lot's of options here. We have burn, burn, burn and creature equip lol. Fireshrieker is okay, especially if you have a budget, and defenitely helps out Slith Firewalker and War Elemental. The rest is just burn, and I trust they need no explanation.
Total: 60
Anyways, good luck with whatever you build.
