are events now activated effects

i was looking at the new definition of activated effects, and it looks like events are now activated effects. i REALLY hope im wrong i this, as QQ could become a true god card.

no for a couple of reasons
activated effects can be used more then one time if you the resourses
events are not bold activated affects must be bold and end in colons this symbol : the issue comes up with cards like Nanoa informative
