Yea, I've always wanted to play Psychatog, and I guess I don't want to spend all this money on cards I don't have (like Cunning Wish, Intuition, Polluted Delta, etc.) So umm this is what I plan to make so far, r/f tell me what ya think (and keep the fixes to low budget), Thanks!
Pooratog - Psychatog on a Budget =/
Total: 60 (unless I can't count)
Land: 24
[15] Island
[4] Swamp
[4] Salt Marsh
[1] Underground River
Creature: 4
[4] Psychatog
Counters: 12
[4] Circular Logic
[4] Counterspell
[4] Force Spike
Bounce: 5
[3] Repulse (I would switch with boomerang, but I need the draw)
[2] Upheaval
Draw: 9
[3] Deep Analysis
[4] Peek (yes, this is the result of very poor)
[2] Compulsion
Other Spells: 6
[3] Innocent Blood
[3] Smother
Alright, this is my Pooratog layout. Please help me out, Thanks in advance!

If you dont want rares anyway where is the AK the Diabolic/Chainiers edict. Brainstorm should help if your on a budjet

I'd rather have Fact or Fiction over Brainstorm OR AK in the build.

True however hes on a budjet and FOF is pretty expensive however if you can get them play them cause the feed both your hand and graveyard

4X gush. Its the other way to win besides upheaval. Take out the peeks for it.

oh yeah, play daze over force spike. Its more useful because you can tap out and still be able to counter. Also your missing the Nightscape Familiars. They make your blue spells cost 1 less to play, theyre like 5 cents each. Also pulse of the grid is a crap rare that is amazing in psychatog. You will always get it back because you can manipulate your hand easily.

Alright, after playtesting this, I have come with an alternate deck that is similar, but not a common build.
Pooratog v2 - alternate, but nowhere near what I really want
Total: 60 (unless I can't count)
Land: 22
[13] Island
[4] Swamp
[4] Salt Marsh
[1] Underground River
Creature: 8
[4] Nightscape Familiar
[4] Psychatog
Counters: 8
[4] Circular Logic
[3] Force Spike
[1] Counterspell
Bounce: 4
[3] Repulse (I would switch with boomerang, but I need the draw)
[1] Upheaval
Draw: 7
[3] Deep Analysis
[2] Gush
[2] Compulsion
Other Spells: 11
[2] Lobotomy
[3] Think Tank
[3] Infiltrate
[3] False Memories
This version just gives me an alternate win condition, so I don't neccessarily need to use Upheaval (which I don't have ayways, I have to proxy them lol). Infiltrate allows Psychatog to go through, and False Memories pump my Tog while I go for the kill. Think Tanks are my temporary Fact or Fiction (you laugh, but I am really that poor). Anyways r/f this even poorer version lol.

this is sad. What format is this for? I'm guessing extended, so I'll post a budget form of extended tog.
3 Psychatog
4 Nightscape Familiar
4 accumulated knowledge
3 Fact or Fiction (like 3 dollars tops)
4 Brainstorm
4 Logic
4 Mana Leak
4 Duress
1 Upheaval
2 Gush
3 Ghastly Demise
4 Salt Marsh
4 Underground River
12 Island
4 Swamp
