Which cave are you finding difficulty navigating through?

Have you searched for walkthroughs or maps? I highly recommend Gamefaqs.com in that case.

The only way you can be helped, like Marill said, is to find a map. Go on a website, and find a map of the cave you're stuck in. Then hunt around and find the exact spot you're in. And then find a route out.

In the future, always make sure you have some Escape Ropes with you when you enter a cave, especially for the first time.
