This Pokemon Collaseum type Pokemon game is fun at first, but gets boring really quickly. I believe even non-Pokemon fans will buy a Pokemon game if Nintendo makes it like Super Smash Brothers. They can have the traditional Collaseum type battling in it along with the RPG mode it has, and the mini games, but they should add a Super Smash Brothers related mode in it where you are the Pokemon doing the fighting. This should be in the Pokemon future.

That would be an interesting game... though I don't know that I would want to give up the RPG element altogether.

they should just release a pokemon game for GC (and ps2 b/c thats all i have) thats just like the gameboy one, only with better graphics and different options.

Why would Nintendo let Sony get its greasy fingers on Pokemon?

eh, wishful thinking i guess, obviously you have a gc because of ur ignorant remark about sony's "greasy fingers". this is how i see it: for a while playstation was the only system with up to date final fantasy titles (dont even mention the original ones being on NES and SNES im talking about more modern games). this was until FF crystal chronicals came out for gc, if sony lets nintento get its, as you so eloquently put it, "greasy fingers" on a final fantasy title then why can sony have a pokemon in return, maybe even for the psp since its graphics rival the ps2's.

Exactly what platform was the original Final Fantasy Title released for?

NES, like i already said, i also said dont even mention it because its so out of date. also final fantasies I and II were released for playstation so you could say that they cancel each other out since both companies released them.
